We've been thinking of putting up a hammock in our condo ever since we discovered just how helpful it can be in getting Ace to fall asleep. Here's the makeshift hammock his Yaya Sheila made in Lola Daycare:
He really, really likes his hammock!
The hubby then searched online for a hammock and found a seller near our house. We decided to hang it on top of the bed just in case Ace rolls out, and also because we had no other place to hang it in our little shoebox of a home.
Here's the boy taking a nap in his new hammock. He can sleep up to 4 hours in it, which is all sorts of amazing. Because it's made of crocheted rope, there's no danger of him suffocating and it allows for better ventilation, which is probably why he sleeps well in his hammock.
Wanna know how sturdy the hammock is? It can carry both me and my hubby.
