I'll be 39 weeks pregnant by tomorrow and although 40 is the magic number when it comes to giving birth, I would really like to give birth ASAP. Pretty please.
In an effort to prep my body for giving birth, I've been doing some maternal yoga as coached by my sis. When I can't do yoga, I do the butterfly pose every time I'm lounging in bed. The butterfly pose is basically having both feet together and pulled back as near to my crotch as possible, with my arms pushing down on my knees. This is supposed to improve flexibility and open up the birthing canal, or something like that.
Aside from yoga, my OB-mom also suggested that I try Sayuntis or Sayaw ng Buntis.
